As we grow older, we often reflect on things that happen to us when we were kids. Some are have lots of good memories, while others suffer with awful memories.
Memories that we don't want to share with others. Memories that we now hide from our loved ones. Even though we don't speak of these memories we often find ourselves reliving them, therefore causing pain to our loved ones. How do you get past things like this? How do you say you forgive, but actually you are never able to forget?
We can find many people that say they have grown from things that have happen. Many will also say they hold on to the memories in order to be strong. However, having a harden heart is not strong. Not allowing others to love you or yourself to love others is not being strong. How do you get passed it?
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear ... "
1 John 4:18
